Refund policy

Cancelling

You can cancel from your account until your order ships. Paid orders are refunded automatically.

Returns

You can request a return from your order page within seven days of delivery, for the whole order or just some of the items. We review each request and reply within two working days. Each approved return comes with a GST credit note.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within five to seven working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a bank account you share with us.
